You must be joking.  Even now, having used the word “medicine” in a blog, a dark mass of lawyers circles overhead, the rustling of their dark feathers driving all good thinking citizens to hide themselves away.  I’ll tell you this much though: “Coldstream” comes from my grandad, who served in Her Majesty’s Coldstream Guards during World War Two.  If I have to use a pseudonym (or nom de plume, if yer feelin’ fruity), it might as well be one that I like.
